Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to the meal-prep subscription service ("Subscription") sold by [PLACEHOLDER: company legal name], a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus (see our Legal Notice), together with our Terms of Use. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
1. Description of the subscription
The Subscription provides daily meal-prep deliveries built around your personal goal (fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenance), calculated from your profile through our nutrition calculator. Available daily plans include:
- 3 meals + 2 snacks + 1 fresh juice per day (full plan);
- other plan combinations as offered on the subscription page at the time of sign-up (e.g. meals only, or meals + snacks).
Exact meal composition, portions, and macros are calculated individually for each subscriber and may vary day to day based on ingredient availability and menu rotation, while respecting your declared allergies and preferences.
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable Cyprus VAT, unless stated otherwise. The price applicable to you is the monthly price shown at the time you confirm your subscription. We reserve the right to change prices for future billing periods; any change will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect a billing period already paid for.
3. Billing
Your Subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method each month until you cancel. Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6 below. Failed payments may result in suspension of deliveries until payment is resolved.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Cyprus to the address you provide at sign-up. Delivery days, time windows, and coverage areas are set out on the subscription page and may be updated from time to time.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries, or to provide adequate storage instructions (e.g. a cooled delivery box). We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection once a delivery has been made to the agreed address.
5. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) — exception for perishable food
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Cyprus, consumers who purchase goods or services online generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the contract or delivery, without needing to give a reason.
However, Article 16(e) of the Directive exempts from this right the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — such as fresh food and perishable meal-prep products. Because our meals are prepared fresh and are perishable by nature, the standard 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to individual meal deliveries once preparation or delivery has begun. This exception does not affect your other statutory rights, including your right to cancel the ongoing subscription itself for future billing periods (see Section 6) or your rights in case of non-conforming or defective products (see Section 7).
6. Cancellation of subscription
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Because meals are prepared in advance based on planned deliveries, cancellation requires the following notice period before it takes effect:
No further payments will be taken once cancellation is confirmed, but amounts already paid for the current billing period are not refunded except as provided in Section 7.
7. Refunds for quality issues
If a delivered meal is spoiled, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to your declared allergen requirements, please contact us within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 24 hours] of delivery with photos and details. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, a credit toward your next delivery, or a partial refund for the affected meal(s). This does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law regarding the conformity of goods.
8. Allergens and food safety
We prepare meals excluding the allergens and ingredients you declare in your profile. As stated in our Terms of Use, meals are prepared in a shared kitchen and cross-contamination with other allergens cannot be entirely excluded. It is your responsibility to keep your allergen profile accurate and up to date, and to seek medical advice regarding the suitability of this service if you have a severe allergy, intolerance, or other medical condition.
9. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms of Sale resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, supply shortages, power or internet outages, or government action. In such cases, affected deliveries may be delayed, rescheduled, or, if not reasonably possible, credited or refunded at our discretion.
10. Complaints and contact
For any question, complaint, or request relating to your Subscription, please contact us at:
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to seek an out-of-court resolution of a dispute: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
